Smells like a 'Good Old Fashioned'š„ This one came out smooth with a light bite. The Uncle Nearest 1884 is 93 proof so it already has a nice kick, but the mole bitters smoothed it out and delivered a hint of spice. I walked away to grab my ramen food order so when I came back the sphere was slightly melted and that sip I took was MF amazing!

- 1/2oz of Vanilla Infused Simple Syrup
- 3 drops of Mole Bitters
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
