Uncle Nearest Recipe

Smells like a 'Good Old Fashioned'🥃 This came out smooth with a light bite. The Uncle Nearest 1884 is 93 proof so it already has a nice kick, but the mole smoothed it out and delivered a hint of spice. I walked away to grab my ramen order so when I came back the sphere was slightly melted and that sip I took was MF amazing!

Recipe:
  • 2oz of Uncle Nearest 1884 Whiskey
  • 1/2oz of Vanilla Infused Simple Syrup
  • 3 drops of Mole Bitters
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
